By requesting or using services from A New Creation Interiors, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Services
A New Creation Interiors provides interior design, consultation, and related services based on the preferences and needs of each client. Services are provided according to agreed-upon plans or proposals.

2. Appointments & Cancellations
All services must be scheduled in advance. Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Quotes & Payments
Clients will receive a quote before the start of any project. Payment terms are agreed upon in advance. All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified.

4. Design Process & Revisions
Initial design concepts are developed using client input. Reasonable revisions are allowed, but changes beyond the original scope may result in additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and ensure open communication throughout the project. Safe access to the site must be provided if required.

6. Product Orders & Deliveries
Payment is usually required upfront for items such as furnishings and materials. Delivery timelines are approximate and subject to delays from third-party vendors.

7. Liability
A New Creation Interiors is not liable for any delays or damages caused by third-party suppliers or by misuse of design elements after installation.

8. Confidentiality
All personal and project-related information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared without the client’s permission.

9. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Updated terms will apply to future services and new projects.
